9- @GOVUK please review our situation, I know you will simply say what can we do etc.However you can make an exception for these 50 people who were treated like refugees. Meet with Kona, he waited in the cold for more than 3 hours @easyJet are you happy with that? @BBCBreaking

8- After leaving us behind, additionally border police stamped 'denied' to our passports. @easyJet sent a bus at 2am and took us into a very bad hotel at 3:30am in Tivat. Kids were exhausted more than ever. They cried and couldn't understand why we couldn't fly.

7- @easyJet failed, they could fix the plane before we got in, they could have taken us to Podgorico and fly from there. But no they chose a country which is in EU and no one pass without visa, IMO @easyJet all knew that but never cared about it.

6- Crotia didn't let us to pass the border as usual. @easyJet acted like, they weren't aware of our situation, they dropped our luggages from coaches. While we were struggling, @easyJet crew and coach drivers were laughing and having fun. @GOVUK 50 people suffered because of them

5- while getting in coaches we asked about our schengen visa situation again then @easyJet staff said yeah you have your BRPs so it is all ok. After waiting 2 hours in the plane, waited and drove for 2 hours more. At 22:30 we were at the #crotia border. @GOVUK guess what happened

4- then guess what happened, they wanted us to collect our luggages back, and wait for the coaches to go Crotia, in that period there wasn't any @easyJet staff around. Then some coaches arrived, we just put our bags into coaches, and then waited like refugees @GOVUK

3- Then @easyJet made the most ridiculous decision and said we will take you to Crotia and we will fly from there before #redlist rules apply. I and many people asked about visa situation, they said 'it will be all good, you have #uk residency, you can pass the border' @GOVUK ..

2- @easyJet shut down the motor to fix it and kept us without air flow inside, they endangered all of our health. And they couldn't figure to fix the plane because engineer didn't have a UK license...

1- This is the biggest fail of @easyJet, today was our last day in #montenegro and we bought a ticket from @easyJet Tiran 17:30 flight to London. We were in the plane, we would be in UK before the #redrules of @GOVUK. But they said plane is broken we will fix it and will fly...

Yesterday we took a walking tour of the graffiti art and microbreweries of Salt River and Woodstock. It was wonderful and hugely recommended. Big love to Hester Bergh for guiding us.
