Even Hank knows the broken glass/taillight is separate from JOK's head injury. One could attribute it to him pointing to the wrong side. I'm skeptical. Rentschler noted it during cross. Hank's closing argument lasts 90 mins, w/o notes, showing very strong command on subject.

Almost a year later. Dr. Rentschler in testimony noted glass in the LEFT side of John's nose. Big detail for a guy holding glass in right hand in CW's theory. Big enough that Hank lied about it in closing. He even followed w/ clip of Karen describing it on his left side.

Just revisiting to eat crow. Jay Williams went 4 for 4. Lol. The women's Final 4 bracket was three 1 seeds and a 2 seed (UConn). The only 1 seed not to advance was USC. JuJu blew out her knee (early) and lost in Elite Eight to eventually champion UConn. 7 of 8 advanced.

There's a reason the CW couldn't find a reputable Accident Reconstructionist. Trooper Paul is going to get smoked in Cross manana. Trooper Paul's Impact Moment (steering wheel jolt from 4.5R to -4.5L) is better explained w/ KR's vehicle hitting curb & JOK getting thrown. 9/9

But CW's theory is not possible cuz it requires First Impact to be between JOK & taillight, with both glasses in his hands. His hands aren't cut, the taillight pieces have no blood DNA, & his injuries not consistent w/ First Impact (broken ribs, bruising, etc.). 8/N

JOK is now going 20+ mph in opposite direction. Riding on passenger side, left foot hits ground first. Tumble. Bye shoe. Whip-effect, feet over head. Head, with arms stretched overhead, hit ground first. 6/N

CW's theory has a "launch" problem. It's not possible to launch a 220-man with a 3-Ton vehicle traveling ~24 mph WITHOUT significant injuries. Solution: put him ON the vehicle. 2/N
