In a surprise move, the FDA confiscated a large amount of 7-OH mitragynine from warehouses in Kansas City. 7-OH occurs in small amounts in kratom. 7-OH products have a much higher dose of 7-OH than kratom itself and a stronger opioid effect than kratom.
