Blue Monday was originally part of a campaign to sell winter holidays, however it serves as an important reminder of the toll this time of year can take on our mental health. Lets use this day as a reminder to prioritize self-care, check in on loved ones, and spread kindness. ๐

Have you managed to get outside for some fresh air yet today? exercise is highly beneficial for our mental health and overall mood. Even on a cold day, it is so important to wrap up and go for an energising walk. ๐

It may be a new calendar year but it's okay if you're feeling anything but fresh. We're still in hibernation mode and spring is months away. ๐ฃ If you are feeling sluggish and tired , that's completely okay. Take it slow and be kind to yourself ๐ค

โจ SUPPORTER SPOTLIGHT โจ A huge THANK YOU to Alanna Christie , who set herself the challenge of walking 100km during the month of November all in aid of FDAMH. We are absolutely blown away by her efforts, as she managed to raise a grand total of ยฃ553 for our services! ๐
