Facebook has a massive problem with a faulty ai moderation system that is banning 1000s of accounts with no genuine appeal system. In my experience the appeal system is also run by AI, and rejections are instantaneous, its clear noone reads the appeals.

Firefox approved the firefox extension update (v37.5) of F.B. Purity today, so if you were seeing sponsored posts with the previous Firefox FBP version, this version should fix it when your fbp autoupdates, or if you update it manually.

looks like it was just a facebook bug/glitch, as things seem to have gone back to "normal" now. the suggested posts are now labelled with the "Follow" link, and so FBP can filter them out again.

Bad News: Facebook is no longer labelling "Suggested Posts" with the "Follow" or "Join" links, so FBP can no longer filter them out, I've written a post on what can be done about it currently at
