If your game is crashing after the latest CS2 update, please restart your Anti-Cheat and game to ensure they’re up to date. CS2 should then load without any issues.

We are currently investigating an issue preventing players from launching CS2 with FACEIT Anti-cheat, and working on a fix. Queues are closed, and ESEA League matches will be rescheduled. We expect a fix to take several hours, and should be ready in the morning, European time.

Following this announcement, we have successfully developed a way to prevent the "teleport" bug on FACEIT servers as of last night and are rolling this out to all players. We have been in communication with Valve about both bugs since their discovery.

We're aware of two new CS2 exploits, namely the "Super Jump" and "teleport" bugs enabling impossible movement, and are investigating further. Abusing them is a deliberate integrity breach and will trigger our standard 2-year ban, consistent with past bug-abuse rulings.
