Join us tomorrow for Spitvalve’s VQ. 0530 at Northside park. The Black Diamond that usually meets Tuesdays 0515 at Glenbard West is paused tomorrow in honor of the VQ. Come support spitvalve tomorrow then come to Glenbard West next week for an hour of pain.

Ultimate frisbee at 5:30am, Monday, Friday, Saturday. Meet at the parking lot beside the Wheaton football field. Outdoor workouts happen year round, but frisbee is seasonal, so enjoy it while it lasts.
