‘Twas the week before Christmas in the Hangar1 gloom, 16 pax mumblechattered, Christmas music went boom. The fartsackers were nestled all snug in their beds, while visions of Roger’s danced in our heads.

Another 911 Memorial Stair Climb is in the books. Junglee Q’s and provided us access to stairs, snacks & libations. 12 floors x 9 times =>2071 stairs 15 pax accepted the challenge and took time to remember the courage & sacrifice of the 911 first responders. 🫡👩🚒👮♀️🚑💪

Subprime had the Q and in his relentless quest to continue to outrun 🏃♂️ his daughter he subjected us to some track and coupon 🧱 work. Timing ⏱️ our laps was key bc now we have a target 🎯 for next time. Check out how much bright the mornings are. Can we really call this gloom?

Thin Crust 🍕 channeled his inner Angus 🎸& took us on a Highway2Hell that left us Thunderstruck. Then, just like that, he pivoted to some Kar Gayi Chull.🕺 Closed it out with some Futbol Gigante & WOW on going to nature to reset & recharge. Tell me, what more could you ask for?

F3 Anaheim's 2-year Convergence went off with a bang this morning with 21 Men from F3 Anaheim and F3 Inland Empire, as we battled through the Mike Tyson Merkins, the 200-yard Fire Line, and the Battle Rope Royale... Each of us getting a little better this morning.

15 pax for a @F3_Subprime instant classic. Warmup, a timed mile then some tune-assisted bench work. Skips & sprints, round 1 of The Cooper & Ghostbuster 👻🚫 burpees. We finished with double basketball 🏀🏀. Good luck Los Altos HS Eagles 🦅 girls soccer and basketball!

Strong relationships are about sharing & sacrifice; both on display @ hangar1 this Valentine’s Day. Subprime warmed us up & Junglee finished us off w/LOVERS & some accelerated bonding thru the Tunnel of Love & partner merkins. (Awkward!) 11 men started their day off with purpose.

9 pax sprung from warm beds & hustled into the cold, dark gloom knowing a beatdown awaited. Kermit obliged. Time demands are never ending esp during the holidays; prioritize, be purposeful in where you spend calories. For me it’s family > work & F3 > fartsack that keeps me sane.

16 pax left their warm beds & stepped out into the damp gloom on this, the darkest Saturday morning of the year. Corky taught us what cliffhanger merkins are. We did something called Jacob’s Bladder. We suffered together and we got better. Then we got donuts and coffee. #hangar1
