Thulium fiber laser is only for stone dusting, right?. Wrong!. Some tips from @DukeUrology for optimizing the TFL for fragmentation to treat those impacted ureteral stones. Spoiler: High pulse energy may be the best for fragmentation, but please keep the power low.
