I never abuse them. I hear the offering and deny it and hang up. Then block the number.
I have a lot of empathy for these telemarketing guys, but attending their cold calls in the middle of the day, when I am seeing patients, or operating or attending work related phone calls, is irritating to say the least. And this, despite me repeatdly requesting them to put.
