Citizens took down boards to free tenants but were quickly boarded back up. Apparently the building was not kept up by the landlord and already unsafe and these folks had no where to go.

One of the most disturbing things we've seen in a long time. Harvey IL city police just boarded up seniors and others INSIDE THEIR HOMES. Apparently they were being #evicted because the building was unsafe. #eviction
