I gained 1 lb since last week, I'm 8 stone 3 which is finebI'm doing well, eating healthily. Yoghurt, fruit, flaxseeds & hempseeds for breakfast. I had 2 duck eggs on toast for eve meal & a kiwi & a clementine. Did leg session & 30 mins cardio in gym & some stretches as well.

I'm watching Its a Wonderful Life I have the black & white version & coloured version & I will watch the coloured one in a few days.

Had early Xmas dinner 2day w/my Mum, Dad, Sis, my 🇺🇸 bro in law, my lil bro, my sis-in-law, & my two nephews. Will be just me, mum & dad on Xmas Day so we’ll have pasta dishes instead of Xmas dinner. Me, Mum & Dad will go to my bro and sis-in-laws to give gifts late on Xmas Day.

I had a lovely time at York Christmas market today on Friday with my sister in law we had some lovely food a 🧀 wheel pasta with bolongaise on & crumble & I had a hot mulled 🍎 juice. I also bought some things for myself & I did some Xmas 🛍 as well which I have completed now.

I'm going to start watching these Christmas films & I will be starting tomorrow evening with Home Alone 4 & maybe Home Alone 3 after. #Christmasfilms

I went to Alpamare today & I relaxed & swam a bit in the outside hot garden pool. My carer/personal assistant Emma took the photos on her phone these are my favourite 3 pictures.

On Wednesday I went on a lovely🚶‍♀️ to peasholm park and it was beautiful all lit up especially the big lake & the beach & I took many photos but these are my favourite 2 photos I did have night vision on my 📱that's why it looks bright even though it was dark at 4:30pm & 4:40pm.

Decorated my room on Monday. It’s looking really Christmassy with my tinsel up & my ⛄️ ornament. My big Xmas 🎄 is up with Forest baubles I took pics of it in dark looking pretty & in light & my small Xmas 🎄 & my tiny weenie Xmas 🎄 up & my my festive 🌟 lights are up too.

Did gym 2day 5 min on treadmill & light strength on legs then 5 mins on stairmaster. I met my dad @ the shop & I🚶‍♀️🏡 I felt I let myself down not doing much cardio. I'm going to get a PT in 2026. For brekkie I had fruit, yoghurt & seeds & I also opened my Galaxy advent calendar.

Been on lovely walks this wk got much needed fresh air. Went to Leeds Xmas Market on Saturday & had a brie, ham & cranberry pizza & strawberries. I stayed at cousin’s 🏠 in Leeds it was lovely hanging out with her & she made a marry me 🐔 w/ mash & 🍎 crumble & I ate a tiny bit.

I’ve always rated Ryan Yates since he played against WBA in Feb 2019 I knew he’d be good. People seem to slate him a lot & I don't get why. He’s scored in national league, league 2, league 1, championship, Premier league & now europa league & plus the carabao & FA cup. #NFFC

I was unwell last wk with a stomach bug from early Tues-Weds felt fine on Thurs-Sat then was unwell again on Sun-Mon. I lost 9 pounds in 9 days. I know I'll put wton when my appetite returns I won't go crazy with food. I'll take it easy at the gym next wk. I'm going on a🚶‍♀️soon.
