If you’re looking into buying a bike, particularly on line, do yourself a favour and avoid @EvansCycles at all costs, they are truly appalling. They can’t even update me on an order, happy to take over £500 and provide fuck all feedback… I used to rate Evans..

@FrasersGroupPLC @EvansCycles When did Evans cycles become so shit?! Over £500 (which I know isn’t expensive for a bike) was notified it would be delivered no later than today and then chase them up via chat (that’s the only way) and told it’s now out of stock. Utterly useless.

@EvansCycles I bought an electric bicycle from Evans for £1,100 in 2020. It was rubbish and the staff had no intention of fixing it. I can see from all these complaints that nothing has changed.

@EvansCycles shocking customer service! Received email on 8th December saying bike we had ordered a week earlier wasn't in stock and refund would be issued. It is now Boxing Day, no refund received and on an endless loop of useless answers on website when trying to chase.

When I was a 'yoof' cycle shops had a reputation for almost being resentful one entered. Many years later nothing has changed in some. I went into @EvansCycles Kingston to ask about buying a bike.... 3 guys in the work shop, ignoring everyone at the till. I ask if someone is

@adambloomie2 @EvansCycles At the now defunct Evans Cycles in Edinburgh, I had my bike in for a simple repair. They found a few others issues and said they couldn't return my bike until it was safe and 'road legal'. I only got my kidnapped bike back after I threatened to call the police. Total charlatans.

@EvansCycles hello I purchased a cannondale e-bike along with a 12 month service plan, I have had no contact but have found the Stafford store has been closed. Perhaps I should be refunded the cost of the service plan ? As money has been paid for a service now Unavailable.

@EvansCycles @BromptonBicycle Never mind a Brompton, I would just like you to deliver the bicycle that I paid upfront for a month ago,the one that you can't find,so I can't have a refund or a replacement just incase I get 2 bikes and a refund,Customer service disgusting I've done all the foot work

@EvansCycles why is it impossible to contact you?! I need to know if a cycle2work order has arrived in store but it is impossible to find out! No phone, no email, chat with outsource call centre that has no answers! Store is an hour away 😫 #useless

Hey @EvansCycles - care to explain why I bought a £4k mountain bike from your burton branch and within 5 uses, both brake pads have been stripped to the metal meaning they need a new refit? Also when I called your store in Burton, they couldn’t care less? HUGE safety issue???

@EvansCycles do you have a telephone number for your customer service team. I have been in email contact and getting no answer on my order that I have been waiting for over 2 weeks and need it before going away on Tuesday.

@EvansCycles Ordered my bike on line to be delivered into Reading store on 21st August. After three weeks bike has not shown up and (unbelievably) Evans have no clue where the bike is or when it will arrive. (birthday present for son). The Reading branch then offer to sell me..

@EvansCycles I ordered a bike over two weeks ago with a delivery between 3-5 days and no one knows where it is. Do I need to cancel my order and get a refund?

@EvansCycles August 10th my husband and I ordered Cannondale electric bikes online. We have not received notification of dispatch to the Norwich store for collection. Really disappointed to wait so long, the Evans Cycles website says 48hr dispatch for cycles over £1k. Poor show Evans!
