~30% of brands turned off live chat between Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Why? Could be they were short staffed. Or worried the crush of order volume would overwhelm CS. Or they realized their response times would be so long (we're talking days) it would frustrate customers

What's even crazier? All those accurate orders and prompt responses are resulting in the AI chat tool outperforming employees on phone order upsells. Pretty cool.
