Wanted to share my take on Shanks. The deck fell off the face of the earth with the starter deck releases. That said, the Uta starter deck is a very good addition! Good match up into any midrange/aggro deck- Enjoy!

Tyler’s consistency is ridiculous. In the last three events he’s attended he has Top 16, Top 64 and now 2nd. He switched to Betty very last minute and just executes. Amazing player and even better person!.

The problem with Smoker has always been consistency and the new 1c searcher fixes those issues. Mole gun is great in this meta as it kills Pudding and beer Luffy. Moreover, Honesty Impact is a searchable card that hoses down UP Luffy as well. PLAY THIS DECK.

There's nothing wrong with playing the best deck in the format. That said, every once in a while a deck will sneak under the radar and just win. This is that deck. Smoker, has good match ups against the big 3. GP, UP, and BP Luffy. Credit to @JoshBoostersTCG for initial list!

Lim in OP11 in my opinion is probably pretty damn good and I wouldn't count it out. After all, swinging for 12k twice on your 4th turn seems decent 🤷‍♂️ Updated list attached! Lucci won't be too prevalent, so I'd opt to cut Robin for Luffy as he can cut off opponents from GGG.

Another important thing to mention is that losing the die roll didn't really matter when you played against Lucci or GP. Their first curve is significantly worse, and your Sakazuki becomes much better if GP chooses first.

The list is fairly standard, but many have asked why Gum-Gum Lightning. Short version is that it kills 6c Sanji vs GP. Card won me two games, and in OP11 it kills 5c blocker Nami. don't cut that card.

I got asked multiple times, "how many die rolls did you win?" I won 2 die rolls. One against Betty and the other versus a GP Luffy. Truth be told, this deck runs very well vs GP, Lucci, and fairly positive in Betty. All of these three decks are what I anticipated going in.

I've gotten a couple of people asking questions as far as what I thought about Lim going into OP11 and what changes I'd make to the winning list. Truthfully, I picked up Lim because I felt it was the best deck in EB02 that went under the radar. Let me tell you why.
