Probably the biggest sign that my mental health has improved is being able to put my bra back on after taking it off for the evening in order to do an errand that I didn’t have to do until tomorrow.

This “For You” tab is bullshit. I have clicked “see less from Elon Musk” 5 times between yesterday and today and yet his stupid tweets continue to show up in my feed.

I am grateful to 2022. Over 100 lbs down, conquering my depression and anxiety with therapy (which is actually working), and feeling truly good going into the new year. I feel like a completely different person than I did a year ago. Here’s to continuing to improve in 2023 🥂
