- Stopped the state from stealing child support payments from the lowest-income Nebraska moms participating in the Aid to Dependent Children (ADC) program - Fought to secure adequate funding for domestic violence programs

- Made it illegal to send survivors of sexual assault to collections for the cost of their own post-assault medical care - Introduced a bill (again) to require healthcare facilities to provide emergency contraception to sexual assault survivors if requested

- Increased coverage of postpartum care for new moms and babies - Passed legislation to make sure new moms can get breast pumps and lactation consultation appointments
