After riding many times now, I’d like to clarify this for anyone who is not sure: Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry is THAT attraction. It’s the best ride in the park, and potentially the world. Better than Monsters, Starlight, and certainly better than Hiccup’s.

Theme park Twitter is exhausting. "Please give me free tickets!" is this what qualifies as "amazing" now?

As someone who lives next door and knows a few things about theme parks and attractions, one of my favorite little known facts about Monsters Unchained is that it’s actually a motion simulator. It may “feel” as if it’s actually moving, but it’s all simulation.

I got this cool commemorative coin with the Switch 2 at Best Buy! Which reminds me of that time @UniversalORL advertised commemorative opening day coins for guests to purchase at Epic Universe, but sold them all to influencers instead.

Did Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry make a surprise open with early hotel entry?

Because of weather in the area, there are currently 4 attractions open in Epic Universe, and one is the carousel. Monsters: Unchained is a walk on.

These 10PM hours have been great. @UniversalORL should consider keeping this park open until 10 or 11 all summer to give everyone the ability to experience at least 1 hour in this park at night.

Ministry is 60 minutes wait at 1PM, even with Mario Kart delayed. Tickets are still available for today. UO is finding out fast that they are more reliant on AP spending than the competition. Transient guest habits are hard to break. Will we see an Epic Annual Pass soon?

A nice surprise upon leaving the park: an opening day ticket. This was handled well and given out at closing after exit. Makes me a tiny bit less salty about the medallion fiasco.

A day like this at Epic Universe will be impossible to come by once attendance ramps up. Outside of the medallion scam and the horrible decision at Ministry, this was a magical day. 5 minute waits everywhere. Mine Cart Madness sending empty vehicles and basically begging people
