šØWHEN IT COMES TO SUMMER TRAINING FOR SPRINTERSšØ. DONT overcomplicate it!. - sprint/plyos 2-3x a week up to 60m.- lift 3x a week.- rest.- stay on turf/grass.- add in agility work.- eat and hydrate.- sleep A LOT.- compete against someone.
