Ptychopterid Tuesday anyone?🦟. This is an Eastern Phantom Crane Fly (family Ptychopteridae). With legs and tarsomeres filled with air, they are able to float around in an almost "ghostly" manner on the breeze.👻 They are found near wetlands east of the Rockies in NA.
