which in most cases yield unsustainable development and left many citizens injured and wounded. The question whose development? is very important to be tackled before a leader take bold stand to transform community/ the country.

A strong leader with great vision cannot transform the country in absence of strong and effective institutional framework that aim to widen democracy, human rights and inclusive development. Otherwise, such leader should practice dictatorship to meet his /her vision.

It will be great if the Department can organize also trip to northern and south national parks for all interesting conference participants.
