The idea is so dumb. Yeah, Superman was a household name the first ever appearance and he never changed in popularity. Everything popular was originally new at some point.
You won’t get another huge property by making more Superman.

Gen Rex unfortunately didn't do really well which is a shame because that's probably my favorite cartoon ever. Fortunately it finished but it was taken off air halfway through the third season.
Rex is definitely my favorite latino cartoon character
