$550/£425 Per Month In Bali
Why would I stay in the UK when I can stay in places like this for the same price?
My daily living costs will also be less!
Higher quality of life, higher happiness. Seems like a no-brainer.
A major bonus of a location-independent business.
For £500 in Thailand I can get:
+ Rent for a month
+ Food for a month
+ Moped for a month
For £500 in the UK I can get:
+ Rent for a month (Depending on location)
Bad day? Call parents.
Good day? Call parents.
Life decision? Call parents.
Business decision? Call parents.
Bored? Call parents.
You never know when you won't be able to call them anymore.
Make the most of the time you have with them.
My entire Amazon niche is selling in a category I don't use or understand.
A 23 year old man selling female beauty products online
If that doesn't show you money is everywhere, I dont know what will
My mood has been 100x better since being in Thailand.
I genuinely think its due to the sun. Sun light just helps the body function.
Having zero sun exposure in the UK takes a toll on you.
I always used to think the only way forward was:
STEM University Degree
Then a 9-5 Job
Then work & save my whole life
Finally retire rich
Now I see there are a thousand different ways to live. Every path has its pros and cons.
Sourcing checklist:
- ROI 30%+ ☑️
- Profit £1-3+? ☑️
- Sales Volume ☑️
- Ungated? ☑️
- Competition? ☑️
- Amazon on the listing? ❌
- IP claim? ❌
- Is it a dangerous good? ❌
- Will this product get me a bad review? ❌
Make sure you check it off when analysing the winners! 💷💷
For £500 in South America or Asia, you can live well for a month
It goes 10x farther than £500 in the UK
You literally will struggle to pay rent for £500 in the UK.
Plus you get UK weather
Today I rented, then learned how to ride a motorbike.
I can say I have enjoyed every minute of learning. (Except starting on a hill 😅)
It's pretty hard to regret trying something new!
This would not have been possible without Amazon FBA.
So the big things I've been working on this month:
- 3 VAs hired.
- Prep centre acquired (S/O
@_FlippingHell_
for setting me up)
- Mentorship from
@GavinSweeneyy
Going to start tweeting about this journey and the progress.
This is my recent week 😁
Finally broke 2k revenue.
Been sitting at 1.5k revenue and haven't been able to break through.
Finally done it! Hoping to keep the 2k+ going.
As always, DMs open to questions. 😁
If you're genuinely interested in growing your Amazon & Keepa knowledge,
@GavinSweeneyy
's course is the bomb.
The spotting IP claims section showed me a whole line of beauty brands.
Easily I have profited over £500 off those brands alone.
(Affiliate!)
Just finished my one month of mentoring with
@GavinSweeneyy
Massively expanded and scaled the business with plans for the future! 30+ days of 1k+ Revenue!
Here is a thread of some things I've learnt:
Weird how I feel like I've started late.
I'm 23, still got lots of time to make my mark in this game. 💪
That said I ain't waiting around, I am going to work as hard as I can. 👍
Feels its time to show my stats.
I started FBA in June, before that it was all FBM. (The main reason those are lower)
Currently I am putting about 20% of profit into Q4 holds.
How to find a product for £10 and sell it for £35.
Making £10 profit and 100% return on investment.
Then repeat this process to your first £1000 profit month.

Went from a graduate student that couldn't get a job due to visa complications.
To a six figure business owner with an amazing team of employees.
In less than one year.
You wake up, you get out bed in your air conditioned room you rent for cheap.
You roll out of bed and have a quick meeting with your purchasing manager.
Then you top up the credit cards for him to spend on products.
You're done for the day & head to the beach. Could be you!
66k Month. Very good. Although today may be the first day under 1k sales in like 45 days! 😅
Next year 150k in December easy. 😊
Gunna grind out this next year 😁
Are you a UK reseller new to FBA and thinking about looking at wholesale?
STOP.
Unless you have a massive bank its not worth the time!
Focus on retail and online arbitrage.
Wholesale margins are normally very low, and the risk and capital needed are high! Stick the OA & RA.
Getting my FBA Business to £25k + revenue months wasn't easy.
For the first couple month I had to eat, breathe and sleep FBA.
But now?
2 Hours a day 😉
You could be here soon too. 👑
Tools I use on a daily basis for UK Amazon FBA
-Keepa (Product research & Analysis)
-SellerampSAS (Deal Analysis & Data)
-Promotion Email (Sourcing)
-Sellertoolkit (Accounting)
-Sellertoolkit repricer (Sutomation)
These are all extremely important to my business, missing any?
1,000 Friends.
Nothing to promote, just wanted to say thank you.
I hope I can keep providing help and tips for your Amazon FBA Business :)
I wish all your shipments are checked in fast and your ROI is high :)
How I stopped / quit drinking alcohol.
& Steps for how you can too.
If you're thinking about stopping or just curious, this thread is for you.

How my Six Figure Business works.
This business does over £140,000 in revenue every quarter & I started less than a year ago.
This business made me over £10,000 last
December alone.
--- Thread ---
My results for November. :)
Cashback covers my VAs paychecks and the STK takes into account prep fees!
Very good month and smashed my 30k goal. 40k this month would be insane!
I ONLY want a business that is location independant.
The next years of my life are going to be spent traveling, working and enjoying every minute!
Amazon FBA allows me to work from anywhere. It could do the same for you.
A couple of months of hyper focus is all it requires.
Whilst I sleep tonight:
- My VAs will source products for me
- My Purchasing manager will review and buy them for me
- My Repricer will reprice my items.
- My Prep Centre will package and ship my items to amazon (Maybe not while I sleep)
Close to automation as it gets!
If you could retire today, what would you do all day?
I honestly don't know what I would do with myself without the goal of retiring. (does that make sense?)
1 year ago:
+ Driving 8 hours a day B&M hopping looking for winners.
+ Buying items without a sales rank
+ Couldn't find an online arbitrage deal to save my life.
Now:
+ My VAs source, purchase and manage.
+ Prep centre
+ I only refill the credit cards.
In only 1 year!
Amazing team and individual meetings ✅
1k day on amazon ✅
2k spent on items ✅
Hour of jiu jitsu completed ✅
Hour of muay thai completed ✅
Plays some games with friends to end the day. 🎮
Great day today. Could it get any better?
For this you're going to need two softwares:
+ Keepa
+ SellerampSAS
I personally think these two softwares are absolutely vital to making sure you make profit.
On track to do a 40k revenue January.
THIS COULD BE YOU!
I'm now opening up my UK FBA Monthly Mentorship program. (1-on-1 calls available too)
Let's turn your side hustle into a full time hustle. Or get you started on the right path.
I lost a family member to COVID about three months into my business journey.
Honestly, I nearly took some time off and likely would've quit and went back to alcohol.
I'm glad I pushed through the hard times and kept my work up.
I know she would've be proud of me for doing so.
My Amazon Business allows me to walk the dogs during the day in the little sun we get in the UK!
Normally in a 9-5 I'd be stuck behind a desk, only allowed out in the sun during my break.
(If they allow that even)
Pretty much been trying to do something/try something new every day in Thailand.
Have seen massive positives in my day to day life.
Trying something new is almost never a bad thing.
A reselling group is a great place to start & really good for seasonal hot items!
But it should be teaching you how to be self sufficient.
Learning OA will do that.
Make sure you're growing!📈
Here are the results of the last two days!
Shows how margin affects the overall profit massively! This includes prep but not transport!
I wouldn't even say the majority of sales are toys!
One day I'll turn 7k into a daily thing!!
Feel free to DM me with questions! :)
Finishing my Masters degree and being told that was worth £25k/year.
Something about that rubbed me the wrong way.
So I started a business, and make a lot more than £25k/year.
January 2022 Results!
Very happy with these. Last month non-vat registered.
I anticipate a dip this month and next month whilst I get used to VAT registration.
My VA's already source VAT registered, but I need to learn more about a 'bad' buy due to VAT!
I tried to juggle dropshipping, forex and FBA.
The result?
All of them started to fail.
Pick one business then eat, sleep and breathe it.
Once you're a master you can branch out.
Make sure you allocate money to certain stock.
% Seasonal
% Fast Flips
% Replenishable
% Long holds
% Risky Moves
But always keep your winners in stock ☑️
Thank you everyone!
I hope I can provide you all with some good tips on amazon FBA and over endeavours!
As always need any help, DM me!
Thanks again everyone! 🙏
How different would your life be with an extra £1000 every month?
With online arbitrage that's entirely doable.
One of my mentees is going to do that his first month with me.
It may not be the easiest thing, but it's damn well worth it.
Don't sit out, just start.
My goals are just getting larger and larger. I remember at the start wanting to do a 1k profit month and was amazed when I did. Now the goals are a 10k month and a 5k replenishables month.
Just gotta keep grinding I guess!
I only HAVE to work 1-2 hours max a day on my business.
Do I work more than that? Yeah I do. Why? Because I find it fun.
At the end of the day you need to be building something that can function without you. Thats the main goal.
Whilst I Sleep:
+ My VAs will source for me
+ My purchasing manager will analyse and purchase for me
+ Admin VA will complete Admin tasks
+ My prepcentre will prep for me
+ Amazon FBA will ship my orders & store product for me
No better feeling than making money in your sleep.
If you're not VAT registered yet, you need to be making use of overseas stores that don't charge VAT.
These are a great way to supercharge your ROI & profits!
For example, stylevana is a great website to use. (Except the shipping times lol)
You will make mistakes. That's fine. Helps you learn!
BUT have an exit strategy.
Is it break even? 10% ROI? -10% roi?
Predetermine it.
Pulls the emotion out of it.
Major 🔑
I tried forex
I tried dropshipping
All failed, and now I've done £200,000 in revenue doing online arbitrage on Amazon FBA. Sure to do another £200,000 quickly.
Tried stuff til it clicks, then scale it.
How your Amazon Inventory should look:
+ 25% Fast selling, lower ROI items. Bulk sales.
+ 25% Slow selling, super high ROI.
+ 50% The bread and butter, 30% ROI items.
Just one way of doing it. But VARY your inventory.
Abosuletly blessed to be able to run this business. I mean seriously, I work from home with my family and my dogs all day!
I'm very glad to be lucky enough to have the opportunity of this business.
Ain't gunna let it slip by me 😁
Mad to think 6 months ago:
+ Me & Mum would pack, label and ship everything.
+ Hours spent going shop to shop sourcing
+ Hours of daily sourcing
Now:
+ VAs source for me
+ VA buys for me
+ Prep Centre preps for me
+ Mum has unlimited supply of free beauty samples.
