Aliesha has an extensive background in stakeholder engagement and led an EDI-focused initiative bridging the unemployment gap for youth with developmental disabilities. She is passionate about advancing opportunities for women and all equity-deserving groups in our communities.

He is also the recipient of the Human Rights Award from the John Humphrey Centre for Peace & Human Rights for his efforts to promote STEM education of under-represented groups and Indigenous communities.
