Yesterday, SUN PR's David Ortiz joined a press conference in front of Puerto Rico's federal court, requesting that SUN and the Sierra Club be considered interveners in the FOMB’s lawsuit to amend or cancel Law 10. If successful, the suit will restrict net metering through 2030.
