At a minimum, a GI Joe movie must be patriotic with a pro America spirit. I have a hunch Danny McBride would turn it into a parody, like Team America World Police, the Joes scream “America! F$&k yeah! Then blow shit up and obliviously cause more trouble than it was worth.

@EnergonStudios @ThisOldMonster @Gentlman_Gaming Eh…even as a little kid I remember hating it when the cartoon moved from American to international hero. They’re our Joes. Other countries can get their own. Heck Russia did in the cartoon.

From my collection, complete 1986 Monkeywrench v.1. I have said it before, and I'll say it again, Monkeywrench is the spitting image of my older brother. 😂 The figure looks just like him. It's uncanny. But I digress. Monkeywrench made his first appearance in the Marvel Comics
