This trade could be very scary for the rest of Western Conference. After all the talk of a “poor” free agency from Edmonton, they get a young kid on a 3 year entry level deal who could be fantastic top 6 winger for McDavid and Leon from day 1 👀👀.

Wouldn’t be surprised to see Nikolaj Ehlers wind up with the Carolina Hurricanes. Somewhere in the 5-6 years at 8.5 to 8.75M AAV range would be a great deal 👀.
