But whilst that funding isn't currently available, we're still very much here. We've supported over 800 owners of #emptyhomes in Leeds to bring their home back into use. Our support is available free of charge, thanks to Leeds City Council funding.

And here's a short film about a long-term empty home that @LATCHLeeds brought back into use. The Council put the owner in touch with us, we worked with them to explore their options, LATCH bought the home & did a green refurb to bring it back into use.

We 100% agree with @NationwideFdtn & @emptyhomes that the #emptyhomes funding that ended in 2015 needs to be revived. It provided funding for #socent like @LATCHLeeds & @CanopyHousing to do green refurbs of long-term empty homes - to bring back into use as affordable housing.
