Week 1 term 4 done. My best teacher moment today happened after school when with my littlest at flip out and I saw a few lovely yr 12 boys. They very politely ran over excited to see me and asked me to mind their stuff while they jumped. We are always a safe place ❤️

On a normal day I would be opening the office door at this time but today I am choosing to strike because the staffing crisis stops teachers from teaching and students from learning on a daily basis. My students definitely deserve better and our teachers deserve #morethanthanks

So much of my day is spent talking to overwhelmed parents & students who need support. The one constant is their thanks to our teachers & staff who have been going above and beyond for the last 6 and a bit weeks. Proud.

Today was well-being day at work. After some amazing guest speakers with students and showing off my hip hop skills 🤦🏻♀️ I enjoyed some calming natural mandala crafts. So nice to have a change of pace 🌸 🍃
