@PabloNContreras @luisrico89 ➡️Hello uro-friends. 😁 We can position the outer sheath of the cystoscope toward the ureter where we intend to place our UAS to prevent angulation when the ureteral meatus is narrow. When the UAS angulates, we lose the ability to ascend it. 💡.
