If Mihawk is the strongest person cause he has a black blade why did he say this to Luffy? Mihawk even knows his will isn’t the strongest. Also Ray said Haki=Will I’m genuinely curious and if you can educate me and I see my fault I will admit to being wrong

Actually mihawk isn’t just above shanks and kaido he’s above Rocks Roger WB Shanks Kaido All admirals All Yonko And, everyone alive and in history outside of Imu, Joyboy, and Nika That’s why oda gave Mihawk the strongest sword ever and not any of those other swordsmen
