Today @GilhamColin and I ran a tasting of @ElusiveBrew x @UnBarredBrewery x @lallemand_brew Experiments in Yeast at @twotailstaproom. Four beers brewed with the same base recipe, but each pitched with a different yeast. It was a great deal of fun, and very interesting.
