btw this 5% attack speed is actually huge, full build Garen with Phantom Dancer gets to 147% attack speed which is just 3% attack speed away from next spin cap (150% as spin caps are every 25% AS), so with this 5% he will now bypass it and have ~300 more dmg on every E lvl 18.

Few days ago I watched some Agurin short, enemy jg lvl 1 lateinvaded his blueside, made few circles around wolves and blue pit and started his clear on Agurin's blue with 15 seconds delay, thats ofc turbo inting for gm-chall level, but should that be considered punishable inting?.

This kinda makes me wonder, should you be punished if you were genuinely trying but your genuine trying resulted in 2/21 and 2 csm?. Should there be different standards for inting for different ranks? Should at some point horrible macro without bad stats be considered inting?.
