Did we make a mistake and will run into galling issues, and not have the "aluminum cushioning" on our billet titanium 4000hp connecting rods?

We would love to show you how exactly we're designing this. But we need to keep it secret for a while. Maybe at some point! Flexible, strong, lightweight, and fatigue resistant racing parts are a whole other level of hard when you're also severely space limited 🤯

Flow numbers vs. Flow efficiency. It's important to understand airflow when designing your engine!

This applies equally to intake manifolds, cylinder heads, and especially pre-turbo exhaust.

Flow efficiency is more important than flow numbers. You can get a big number with a big hole, but that misses flow velocity. 1. Make your surfaces as smooth as possible. 2. When that's not possible, a sharp edge with clean separation is best.

Why don't we use cheaper cast parts? Front covers complete on the 4000hp fully cooled, full #billet #Hel engine for the Nissan GT-R #r35! So billet vs. cast covers. It all boils down to lead time, up front cost, and ease of doing updated designs. You just can't beat billet!
