That was one of the most frustrating games I've ever had to coach, felt like we did a lot right but couldn't close it out. As always I'm still proud of the team and the boys for the effort they put in not only today but the whole season . GGs @Sentinels @itskaplan.

Not the ideal way to end at Fnatic, but we didn't perform at kickoff and at the end of the day that responsibility falls on me as the head coach. Fnatic has a great group of boys and considering the situation last year I'm still proud of what we achieved in Split 1, 2 & Champs.
As our VCT Kickoff run has come to a close, we've made the decision to explore options for a new Head Coach, and as such, today we move @Elmapuddy to the inactive roster. We want to thank Chris for his contributions to the team over the last year. Here's Team Director @CoJoPM

It is a sad day. After 315 days together @BnTeTCSGO and myself have decided it would be best to go our separate ways. He will be returning to Indonesia and myself to Aus. We have always appreciated the communities support but ask for space as we go through this difficult time.

Reflecting on the KCorp game we simply weren't able to play together as a team or execute on our gameplan. There're many reasons for this but at the end of the day it's my job to make sure the team plays as a team. We'll resolve these issues and expect us back in full force.

Last year I thought we lacked physical intimidation here at Fnatic, so we went and found the biggest body in VCT. Jokes aside, Milan has already proven to be incredibly hard working and a very in depth thinker. Looking forward to our time together going into 2025.

I've been a bit quiet about my decision to drop from Head Coach and I didn't have anything prepared today, but I'll do an interview at somepoint!. I would like to make it clear that I am the *assistant* coach and that my job will be to support+enable @Elmapuddy and his vision ๐ซก.

It's always sad to see someone unable to play due to health reasons, especially someone who's as fierce of a competitor as Leo. Hopefully we'll be able to have you back in the server and more importantly the gym soon mate ๐ช.

When GenG moved from NA to Korea I knew it would be a challenge, and an opportunity Iโm glad I took. However with my contract expiring it didnโt make sense to resign. We tried, but with the team speaking Korean I just couldnโt have the level of impact I wanted. Thanks @GenG โฅ๏ธ.

So I cant give my player a fist bump incase I'm sending code messages. But I can watch the stream, call a timeout, and tell them everything I've seen the other team doing. Can we just at enforce everything properly with an admin monitored teamspeak and webcams on coaches at least.
I guess the next pause I'm telling my team every setup the other team is using, where they're using their util, how they're defaulting, rotating, etc. We'll use this since it's allowed (haven't up until this point), but this needs to change ASAP.
