So from my understanding, anyone saying Grier can’t be fired because of Flores is just fear mongering and trying to create chaos. There is no rational reason why firing Grier would destroy the Dolphins’ franchise, because again, there’s no open court, and 2, we’ve been punished.

Upland is the city-builder where what you create actually matters. - Own real-world properties. - Build neighborhoods that attract digital residents called Uppies. - Trade, earn, and grow a city that never resets.

But again, nothing would ever be made public. So nothing Chris Grier says would leave the court room. Ross has already been fined millions, we’ve lost draft picks all relating to this situation. It makes no sense to assume far greater punishment would come from this.

The only possible argument I could see, is arbitration is led by a 3rd party. Roger Goodell could almost serve as the judge between Flores and the Dolphins, and maybe he decides to make Ross sell his team. You can technically bring in witnesses for arbitration…

So what value is Chris Grier going to bring to discrimination cases against the Broncos, Giants, Texans, and the NFL in public coirt? The Dolphins have nothing to do with those.

It was ruled years ago that the Dolphins lawsuit must be done in arbitration. Which is essentially in private, so none of the findings can come out, this HAS NOT changed. The other lawsuits, however, must be done in open court, the NFL has lost their appeal on that.

The Dolphins lawsuit is about paying Flores to lose games, and since he didn’t take the money, that’s why he was fired, (clearly false). But whatever, that’s his lawsuit. The reason I say firing Chris Grier doesn’t matter at this point is because of the rulings on these cases.

In 2022 Flores filed 5 lawsuits. 1 against the NFL, 1 against the Broncos, 1 against the Texans, 1 against the Giants, and 1 against the Dolphins. Every lawsuit other than the Dolphins one was about discrimination in the hiring process, so all of those are basically lumped in.

Anyone who says Stephen Ross can’t fire Chris Grier because of Brian Flores is straight up lying and trying to generate clicks. I don’t pretend to be a lawyer, but from what I just researched and read, I don’t understand how firing Grier impacts us at all, let me explain:

The entire point we play the games is to win a Super Bowl. I’m so confused on why a team would ever pay a mid, injury prone QB, a large contract knowing it would handicap any slim chance to field a competitive team.

This is ALL I’ve been trying to say for years now. Well put by @KLVsays, the Miami Dolphins have a 0% chance to win a Super Bowl or go deep in the postseason with Tua. EVERYONE with a brain should know this by now. 🤷♂️

I don’t even need to bring up all the players out on his offense or the caliber of defenses he’s faced, it doesn’t matter. Just WATCH THE GAMES. The eye test is the MOST important thing when evaluating players.

This is how you know whether someone watches the games or just simply box score watches. If you’ve watched Justin Herbert the last 2 weeks, you would know he’s playing well despite a terrible situation.
