As today is World Mental Health day and the theme is 'prioritising mental health at work', we wanted to highlight our Summer Forum where we facilitated a 'well being retreat' for staff! This day aimed to support staff's well being and support team bonding 💚#WorldMentalHealthDay
This week we held our annual 'Summer forum' where we come together as an OT service for team building. This year's theme was 'wellbeing retreat' complete with a nature reflection walk, rock painting, canvas painting and pet therapy!
