When I was younger I practiced interesting thing to stop train of thoughts. I was imagining a watermill and I needed it to be still. It was insanely hard. I alwаys realised it's not a real wheel, it's just my thoughts which I shaped as a wheel, and when I command it to stop it.

Man, the Nag-Hammadi library has great apokriphas. Gospel of Judas Iscariot is very interesting, it's pretty short, but definitely worth reading. Gospel of Mary Magdalene very interesting as well. Gnostic's texts are a gem, definitely.
