Press X to doubt. No words about that from belarus opposition groups. No proof of actual convoys leaving Belarus. Safe to say we should wait and see.

Russian army recently established a new field camp near Voronezh, where they accumulated troops year ago prior to the invasion. Here's the @planet photos of the site taken on Jan. 25, Jan. 30, Feb. 1 and Feb 7th.
Deja vu: Sentinel imagery shows that a probable field camp has been established at the Pogonovo Training Ground near Voronezh. Optical imagery from February 7th. Looking at the SAR imagery, activity began in late January and I suspect expansion of the camp continues.

I can confirm that not only is Pogonovo occupied, but Russians also recently established a camp in Postoyalye Dvory, east of Kursk. These are very recent developments that occurred over the last 2 weeks. Postoyalye Dvory previously held elements of the 6.CAA, while Pogonovo 1.TA
