I met people, brilliant people, that otherwise I would have never met. I am sure all this will help us (me and the TU/e) in the coming years to build.a better university in the broadest possible sense. I hope that the EYEA stays around for many many years to come.' 2/2.

Today @rudolfgazon was our guest. He brought statements to discuss work load (how are we setting examples for phd students when we work so much?), the importance of leadership and coaching skills (but limited support for developing then) and appreciation for teaching.
