When lying flat, pressure is concentrated in your lower back and hips. I’ve been running a lot lately and I’ve had pain in both. I had no idea that during your sleep the Pod 4 Ultra base helps mitigate this by evenly by raising your head and feet, taking pressure off your back.

Thank you @eightsleep for the first good night sleep in over a month! Just had my first night with it and my RHR dropped 8 bpm, and my HRV went up over 20. Im so thankful! And the thing is still calibrating, so it should keep getting better from here! 🥳 🙌
