20 years ago to this day that Tyrone claimed their first Senior All-Ireland title. The decision to move Cormac McAnallen(RIP) to full back was a crucial factor in Tyrone winning the Sam Maguire Cup for the first time.
Eglish St Patrick's GAC wish to send our sincere condolences to the Murtagh family on the passing of John. John was the last founding member of our club and a great supporter of the club. Pictured just last April with all the Chairpersons of the club since it's formation in 1955.

The 20th Anniversary Mass for Cormac McAnallen will be celebrated in St. Patrick’s Church, Eglish on Sunday 3rd March at 11am. Refreshments will be served in the Sports Hall afterwards, everyone welcome.
