This looks legit!!
The challenge was to make a cake like an Orange Creamsicle(tm). I used a vanilla cheesecake as the analogue for the ice cream, and Orange Diplomat Cream, stabilized with some gelatin, for the orange coating. The mirror glaze was just for the flex. #baking
