Now I'm suddenly wondering if I could replace the semi-sweet with white chocolate, drop the sugar a bit, drop the cocoa, up the vanilla, and make a GF Blondie. Maybe with butterscotch chips too.
@popotosoul I made @CoryLaflin’s GFB’s for a family brownie contest and they came in almost dead last. People complained “they were too chocolatey.” They were the best brownies I have ever had.

I can tell you all now that ASTM F44 is considerably better organized, run, and generally more pleasant than the AI committee. Of course, so is water torture, but that isn't a slight on ASTM. It was a good week. #CoryOnTour2025
