You can fit everything positive about Ayton into one tweet, but it would probably take 3-4 to list his negatives.

The Lakers find their starting center in Ayton, the 2018 No. 1 overall pick who is the only player in NBA history to average 15+ points and 60%+ shooting in the postseason. He has career averages of 16.4 points and 10.5 rebounds on 59% shooting over the last seven seasons.

Every move the Suns have made so far this offseason makes me think they'll finish top 10 in pace this next season, and if that happens, I think we'll see the best version of Jalen Green so far.

Anyways, back to Jalen. I believe switching to a system like Cleveland ran (assuming that's what Jordan Ott will implement) will benefit him IMMENSELY. Teaming up with a player such as Booker who can space the floor and dominate from anywhere will open up the court for Jalen, and.

Prioritizing Sengun is a good idea, and Jalen not fitting into that style of offense is also fine. This is why it also makes sense that they pivoted off Green and went with KD (he's also KD, so no duh), but KD fits much better with Sengun than Jalen does. KD is awesome playing in.

Jalen Green is a fast, downhill, freakishly athletic attacker. This past season, the Rockets finished 18th in pace (below the league average). There are multiple factors for this, but I believe part of it has to do with how the best player on the team likes to operate: Sengun.

My take on why I believe Jalen Green will have more success this season than people expect: Pace. Jordan Ott is coming from a Cavs system that was top 10 in the NBA in pace. The last time we saw the Suns at the top of the West, they finished 9th in pace, and Devin Booker.

Jalen Green and Mark Williams both arrived during the hottest week of the year. It's better to get here now and fully embrace it than get surprised by it when it sneaks up next summer! (Thankfully, it's basically mandatory having a pool in AZ, so I'm sure they'll be fine.).

Fans reactions are different. He's missed games, had some stinker performances, etc. I understand that, and it has annoyed me as well. Fans have the right to say what they want and be angry. The front office isn't innocent like the fans; we aren't the ones who traded for him.

Side Note: I've personally hated the way Ishbia and the front office have treated him. They are essentially bullying him to leave when he holds all the power. They chose to bring him here knowing he had a no-trade clause and are now treating him as if he had tricked them.

Beal off the bench last season: .16.8 PPG, 3.3 RPG, 4.1 APG, 0.9 SPG, on 52.9% and 40.7% from 3 (2.75 per game) and 64.5% TS. Those numbers aren't worthy of $110m over the next 2 seasons, but who can you pick up after waiving him who gives you that production? That's the issue.

For all the crap Beal gets (I understand his contract does not meet production), stretching/waiving him and having 20m+ on our cap for 5 years when he only has 2 years left on his current contract would be dumb. He’s good enough where he can help the team. Trade him or play him.

Call your shot, do you think the Phoenix Suns trade or waive Bradley Beal? 🤔

I'm not saying he's right because Kyrie is an all-time great, but Shai with prime LeBron would be unfair. It's not recency bias; we're talking about a guy who just won MVP and WCF MVP and is the best player on a championship team, even if they are stacked with talent.

Is this NBA Finals sponsored by YouTube TV?? They should probably remind me every time it goes to commercial and add a few more graphics on the court.

Kyrie has performed well as a 2nd option on the Cavs, Dallas (and I think he was great in Brooklyn despite the drama). Would he perform the same if he replaced Shai on OKC? I have no idea and personally hate hypotheticals in sports debates. Let's revisit this in 2 years.

I personally wouldn't put Shai over Kyrie “all-time," and I'm not a championship makes you better than someone type of fan, but it does matter when the player involved is the best player on the team.
