Update as of 11 a.m.: Around 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 28, Edina investigators and a local Hennepin County law enforcement agency concluded a search warrant in the 5500 block of Valley Lane. This is an active investigation; no further information is available.

Edina Police: Around 11:39pm, there was a large police presence at the Fairview Southdale Hospital for a report of a gunshot victim. Officers determined this incident occurred in another jurisdiction, who is now investigating. The incident has been cleared. No further updates.

UPDATE: Around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 20, Edina Fire crews cleared the scene at the house fire located in the 6500 block of Nordic Drive. No injuries were reported to residents, pets or firefighters, and there is no need to avoid the area anymore. A press release with more
