Food waste is a leading contributor to #climatechange. While it's not a new issue, there's more than meets the eye in your local grocery store. Have you ever thought about how much waste sits at the farm level? https://t.co/VSHoEVDsOZ #FullHarvest @ReFED @ProjectDrawdown

We need to think #local first. If we aren’t able to solve the hunger problem in areas where food production and hunger occurs within miles of one another, we cannot begin to take it on at a bigger scale. #foodwaste #hunger @chefjoseandres @WCKitchen @EdibleEd101
