The 2nd Nigeria Socio-Ecological Alternatives Convergence (NSAC) calls upon the government to prioritise people over profit and protect the environment and vulnerable communities. The message is simple: hold the crisis financiers responsible and make them pay. @NnimmoB

We recommend that some places be declared no mining zones nationwide. - NSAC CHARTER.

The government must enforce the existing mining regulations drawn from the 2007 mining Act. The Free, Prior, and Informed consent of the indigenous people of that land must be sought before any mining can be carried out. @PriceofOil @kebetkachewomen.
