The Lynn Racial Justice Coalition has made advancing racial justice its top priority, not just expanding mental health services. It is clear from this proposal that racial justice is not the mayor’s priority. #RacialJusticeNotAnAfterthought.
One of my administration’s top priority is to expand on mental health services. The City of Lynn is currently on track to implement an unarmed response team that provides a public health response to mental and behavioral health-related crises.

Bail is designed to be an economic incentive to show up in court after you've paid to go free. But if you can’t afford the bail, you have to wait for your court date in prison. A group of local volunteers is working to change that.
