The look of a man who was surplus to requirements and ultimately told he wasn't good enough, to winning the scudetto and being loved by fans and etched in history. Lesson being, go where you're wanted and appreciated. Remember, the game is just opinions and doesn't define you.

Does pride and ego determine whether you choose a system based on the players available to you or whether you stick to your principles, no matter what? When does philosophy become arrogance? Thoughts

Never be disheartened, as initial rejection may just be redirection. That job you wanted, may hold you back from your true purpose. I look back now, and thank God for redirection. As if I had not, I wouldn't be where I am, even though at the time, it felt like rejection.

When we talk about developing, meaning stats are one way to track progress. What a season it has been for @GFC_Academy. Numbers that shows we are moving in the right direction #Gills Fantastic staff doing fantastic things.
